‘Snack Time’

The senior school team had a wonderful celebration for their Food For Thought Inquiry unit.

The children were put into groups where they had to design and create a healthy snack to share with the team. On Friday, the last day of the school term 2, we gathered together to share our wonderful creations.

Each pair rotated around the hall and each tasted 6 samples from other groups.

It was a lot of fun and the snacks that were created by the children were incredible (and yummy)!

What a great sum up for our term 2 inquiry unit! You could see how much the children had learnt throughout the unit and what truly makes a snack or type of food healthy.
